# Claude

Give Claude one memory across your chats, on the web, the desktop app and your phone.

## Connect

1. Copy your MCP address from the Console → **Agents** (it ends in `/mcp`).
2. In Claude: **Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector**, and paste the address.
3. Sign in when asked: a Remiq page asks for an API key and the memory space to use.

## Use it

- **Save:** "Remember that the Atlas launch moved to Friday." The app saves it with `prism_add`.
- **Ask:** "When is the Atlas launch?" The app reads `prism_context` first and cites the `[M…]` ids.
- **Correct:** "That is out of date." The app marks the memory with `prism_feedback`.

## Good to know

- One connector reads and writes one memory space. Use a team space to share it with your team.
- Menus move. If a menu name here has changed, follow the app's own help for adding a custom MCP connector: the address and the sign-in stay the same.
- Building on the Claude API instead? See [SDKs and frameworks](/docs/frameworks/) (Claude Agent SDK, Claude memory tool).
